We propose a model there that ties various factors together, like autonomy, stakeholder collaboration, and release frequency. Not complete yet, but it's a good start we think.

As for the second question; I don’t have that kind of data, unfortunately. That kind of research would be very specific to SAFe, and that isn’t the aim of our data collection platform. We are just tracking how teams are doing in various configuration and settings, and we have to limit the number of questions we ask. But it would be interesting to analyze, and I hope others will do so.
