Thanks. And yeah, the questionnaire was developed for Scrum teams specifically. Its usually a good idea to start with a more bounded context, which is what we've done here.

There is also a more generic version of the questionnaire now for Agile teams in general. We're still collecting more data, but the validation results seem very similar.
