Your experience is super valid. And you have to be careful not to assume that that experience it generalizes to all teams and all organizations.

There have been many comments - mostly on LinkedIn - from people who feel that SAFe has worked for them and their orgs. So their experience is contrary to yours. Thats fine too. Its often somewhere in the middle with complex problems like this.
